4-WEEK “NO EXCUSES” SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLASS AT THE PUMP HOUSE

Tired of working out and not seeing results. Commit to the small group fitness classes starting in December 3rd at the Pump House and turn that muffin top into a six-pack! Three workouts a week with 3-4 others with the same goal as yours: TO NOT be the December weight-gain statistic of adding 5-10 pounds!!! These classes must be a minimum of three to be held with a maximum of five people. We will be using weights as gaining lean muscle is where the magic happens! Don’t worry ladies, you will NOT look like Ah-nold, it’s not physically possible!

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAYS @ 4:15 P.M.
OR
TUES. AND THURS. @ 6:15 A.M. and SATURDAYS 9:00 A.M.
(WE WILL RESCHEDULE CHRISTMAS EVE AND DAY WORKOUTS).

COST:  $25/WEEK FOR PUMP HOUSE MEMBERS
$40/WEEK FOR NON-MEMBERS (can be paid in 2 installments)
