Want something quick and healthy in the morning but running short on time? Why not make a greek yogurt parfait? You can make them up in minutes or if you are really pressed for time, pre-make them on Sunday for the week so you can grab one as you go out the door! They are SO easy, just layer the ingredients! Play around with different fruits, nuts, berries, all fruit jams, etc. If you must sweeten, stay away from sugar or worse yet, artificial sweeteners, opt for raw honey or stevia. Hosting guests? Make a parfait bowl as part of your breakfast!
