When was the last time you got a good night’s sleep? What is that you say? Read on…

I tend to be an early riser on weekdays, getting up between 5:3o and 6:00 a.m. even without an alarm clock. My usual MO is to take my thyroid meds and sit down wrapped up in a blanket and scroll through Facebook with a big glass of water before tackling my day. When I’m scrolling through that early in the morning I read a LOT of statuses saying people can’t sleep, insomnia strikes again, I can’t shut my brain off, etc. etc. Today was no exception, so today I thought I’d share my “I can’t fall asleep” secret weapon: Isagenix Sleep Support Spray.

I used to be someone who couldn’t shut her brain off either. I’d lay awake tossing and turning, trying to count sheep, but then the sheep had to be in order and ugh…you get the picture. When Isagenix came out with the sleep spray at an event Mark and I were at, we both ran to the Isa-store to get it. We first used the product at the hotel, without noticing much of a change. When we got home a few days later, it was a different story. I ad two problems: 1. not being able to shut off my brain to fall asleep and 2. If I woke up in the middle of the night, I couldn’t fall back asleep. Mark’s issue was waking up 3-5 times a night to run to the restroom. Within a few days of being home and using 3-4 spritz’s of the spray, I was falling asleep within 20 minutes and if I did have to get up in the middle of the night, I was snoring again within a few minutes. Mark is also still getting up but with less frequency. It has been ah-mazing!!!!

The sleep spray can be used as a stand-alone product or can be used with the Brain Boost. Since Mark’s head injury two years ago, he has had some issues with short-term memory and simple things. We have added the Brain Boost to his supplement regime with noticeable results as well. The best part of all these products (and everything that Isagenix makes) is the ingredients are all natural and non-addictive.

If you are looking for a good night’s sleep, the sleep spray is about $.30 per night. Thirty cents!!! A good night’s sleep is worth 100 times that for me!
