This week’s “Favorite Everyday Product” of mine and Mark’s is our telomere-supporting Product B. What is a telomere you ask? There is a brief explanation on Wikipedia but as I like to tell people, it is our biological time clock. As it decreases and gets smaller, we get closer and closer to the end of our life. Many things contribute to the shortening of our telomeres, natural aging is one of course. However, there are many things that can accelerate the shortening of these little time clocks: stress, junk, fast and processed foods, smoking, over-consupmtion of alcohol, etc. I’ve done enough of that stuff in the past, so I’ll do anything to support healthy telomeres! (Check out the video “What’s Aging You?” ).

When our company came out with Product B two years ago, as with anything, we were skeptical. Within a month, we had changed our minds. While we didn’t notice any huge changes in our bodies, what we did notice is we were recovering from our workouts faster and were less sore. What used to take us 3-4 days to recover was now taking a couple. We also were picking up heavier and heavier weights, reaching personal records and lifting heavier than we did in our 20′s!
